This workshop is for technology and product people in organizations aspiring to product-centric digital operating models with empowered product teams. Zsofi is a product manager/consultant, and Nick is a technology and organisational consultant. In this workshop they'll show you how to co-design and optimize the product, technology, and organisational aspects of your digital operating model.

Workshop Content

The workshop is organised into the following topics. Each topic is composed of lectures, hands-on group activities, and group discussions. Topics:

  • Architecting product operating models by mapping out the business into products and domains
  • Building strategic narratives (connecting business, product, and tech strategy) with Wardley Mapping and Core Domains
  • Aligning domains, teams, and value streams by applying Team Topologies
  • Principles and patterns for planning and leading architecture modernization
